The Perth Hebrew Congregation is an incorporated association.

The Board is responsible for the day to day management of the Perth Hebrew Congregation. It comprises the President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary ("the Executive") and six Board members. The members of the Executive serve one year terms of office. The other Board members serve either a one or two year term. The new Board takes office each Rosh Hashanah. As well as their general Board duties, each Board member is responsible for a different aspect of the Perth Hebrew Congregation's operations.
